For Cambodia, the economy is expected to grow by 5.5%, supported by strong growth in tourism and growth in non-garment manufacturing. Assets of financial leasing institutions decreased ( -1.6%) to KHR 2 trillion (USD 485.1 million) and financial leasing decreased ( -3.4%) to KHR 1.7 trillion (USD 421.5 million) and the main source of financial leasing from shareholders' funds increased 3.6% to KHR 665.2 billion (USD 161.6 million) by 16 financial leasing institutions. Overall, although financial leasing has declined slightly compared to 2022, financial leasing institutions are resilient in capital, profit growth, and continue to adhere strictly to laws and regulations, prudent guidelines and measures. As a result, company achieved a positive result with a total profit of USD 813,412, although the war between Russia and Ukraine continues to have a negative impact on some sectors. This proves that Mega Leasing Plc., is still able to maintain its strength despite this difficult global situation.
