Mr. HUN Monivann
Chairman
Mr. HUN Monivann has more than 20 years of experience with local and international companies. He started out as an external auditor, Chief Financial Officer, BOD, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a shareholder. He was also one of the initiators in establishing local investment companies such as CIC Investment Plc. and MVU Investment Plc.
At present, Mr. HUN Monivann is serving as the BOD and Chairman of the Board of Directors in many institutions such as: Independent BOD and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Sihanoukville Port, Independent BOD and Chairman of the Audit Committee of SATHAPANA Bank Plc., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aplus Consulting Co., Ltd. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Learning for Success Institution and he is also the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce in Siem Reap and Oddar Meanchey Provinces.
He graduated with a bachelor degree in Management and Accounting from Maharishi Vedic University in 1997 and had attended various training courses in Asia and Europe, particularly in the fields of investment, banking and finance and entrepreneurship.

Oknha LIM Socheat has more than 20 years of experience with local and international companies, beginning with his work as an independent auditor, a financial management expert, CEO, BOD and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Currently, Oknha LIM Socheat is serving as the CEO, BOD and Chairman of the Board of Directors in many institutions such as:
- CEO of Laksmi Prime Investment Co., Ltd, Khmer Amrit Co., Ltd, and Kangaroo Venture Pty Ltd.
- Managing Partner of PCG & Partners Co., Ltd (Cambodia).
- The BOD of Trop Khnhom Microfinance Institution Plc., Bamboo Microfinance Institution Plc. Urban Hub Co., Ltd, Cambodian Investor Club, Cambodian Chamber of Commerce.
Oknha graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2002 and a Master of Accounting from the University of London in 2017. He also completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) program in Australia in 2009 and the Association of Charter Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom in 2010.

Oknha SOK Piseth has more than 18 years of experience, beginning his career as a consultant, CEO, BOD, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Entrepreneur.
Currently, Oknha SOK Piseth is serving as the CEO, BOD and Chairman of the Board of Directors in many institutions such as the founder and CEO of Ggear Group Co., Ltd and BiZ solution Co., Ltd, BOD of the Business Council in the Mekong Sub-Region, Member of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council, Chairman of the Global Entrepreneur Network in Cambodia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toys & Me Co., Ltd and Vice President of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Information Technology from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2006, a Bachelor of Arts in English Education at the Institute of Foreign Languages in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.
Mr. SHIRAISHI Yoichi

Mr. SHIRAISHI YOICHI has more than 18 years of experience in the financial sectors, beginning his career as Head of Research, Hikari Tsushin Inc in Japan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hikari Power Limited in Japan, and BOD of Triton Re Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors of several other investment companies.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Hitotsubashi University in 2002 in Japan.

Mr. NA Sothy has more than 20 years of experience with local and international companies, beginning his career as a Senior External Auditor of Morison Kak & Associes, Audit Supervisor of Ernst & Young (Cambodia Ltd.) Audit, Partner of Independent Audit Company AT & Associates (Cambodia) Ltd, and as BOD in a number of other companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Certified Accounting Technician from CamEd Business School.
