On August 10, 2024, Mega Leasing Plc. hosted the 2024 Annual Workshop via online under the theme "Unity for a Common Goal," with the participation of management and staff of more than 200 people at the head office and all branches aim to promote the unification to implement the strategic plan to achieve the goals of 2024 and beyond.
Mr. Chhoy Bunnak, CEO of Mega Leasing Plc, expressed his appreciation to all the staff who worked hard to perform well in accordance with the values and strategic plan of the company. Mr. Chhoy Bunnak also informed the staff about the progress of the company which lay on the in three significant stages, and the third stage is the stage where the company and all staff start to focus on using technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness to ensure the sustainability in continuing to provide high-quality and responsible in providing financial leasing services to clients. During the workshop, the company also presented awards to employees who have more than 5 years length of service, the Best Credit Officers of each Branch, the Best Credit Officers of the Company, and the Best Branches of Mega Leasing Plc.
All staff members participated with great pleasure, and after listening and asking questions in Q and A session of Management. All staff are committed to continuing their efforts to carry out their work with a united and focused spirit to achieve the 2024 plan. The event ended with a souvenir photo shoot.
