Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement selling plan effectively
- Clearly orient potential customers on leasing products of Mega Leasing Plc
- Follow the leasing policy and procedures
- Achieve the set target for both # of customers and loan portfolio
- Collect sufficient information regarding to customer, his/her business, and other sources
- Analyze customer’s information to ensure creditworthiness
- Ensure high quality of good customer service delivery to customers including approval and rejection of application
- Develop and implement customer follow up/monitoring plan
- Timely communicate with customer who misses the monthly repayment
- Build credit discipline among customers and team
- Have team spirit to support the team’s performance
- Attend regular team meeting for updating challenges, finding solutions, updating changes in the company, and raising business initiatives
- Provide feedback on effectiveness and efficiency of lending process and policy
- Propose to lease supervisor and branch manager for better business reengineering
- Timely communicate the changes or update information to all related stakeholders
- Meet key stakeholders such as staff, key dealers, key customers per plan to maintain and improve better relationship
- Meet customers face to face to collect the constructive feedback or complaint
Job requirements
- At least completed High school
- Some understanding on credit operation within Cambodian context
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English knowledge is a value added
- Good sense of problem solving, presentation, customer service and selling skill
- Any experience in microfinance or banking industry is preferable
- Good time management and able to work under pressure.
- High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Local residence shall be a value added.
