Job responsibilities
- Engage and approach all district branch managers and provincial branch manager to discuss and explore practical technique and strategies to incorporate into the plan.
- Formulate plan of detail actions of written off loans from previous and current years.
- Set out the detail actions and target of WO recoveries down to all the concerned client service officer.
- Accomplish the set monthly and annual plans
- Ask for relevant lease document from Branch Manager or Deputy Branch Manager for recovery action.
- Identify and assess a recovery likelihood of WO clients, rating Low, Medium, or High
- Coordinate with CO to identify WO clients and classify them into four different categories according to combination of their willingness to pay and capacity to pay.
- Home visit all NPL aging more than 60 days and WO clients
- Update NPL logbook 100% per write off and NPL client visiting for recovery action
- Update write off and NPL client in system in a timely manner
- Report the status of loan recovery progress and challenges to direct supervisor
- Share recovery experiences and lessons learnt to CCO, and CO to get them better knowledge and understood for improving the loan assessment in the next loans made/originated
- Seek ways to continuously improve performance and productivity on the job
- Build close relationships with key local authorities and other involved stakeholders (COs, CCOs) to collect written-off loan.
- Build and maintain good relationship with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and partners.

Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economic, Management, Finance & Banking, Law, or other related fields is preferred.
- Good understanding on leasing or microfinance in Cambodian context
- Good in Khmer and English language
- Good problem solving
- 2 years in microfinance and/or financial leasing industry in Cambodia, including field work and back office work.
- Ideally, the candidate would have worked in a role where s/he has been able to build good relationships with local authorities.
- Strong numeric skills, analytical skill, and strong team-orientation
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
