Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement selling plan effectively
- Clearly orient potential customers on leasing products of Mega Leasing Plc
- Follow the leasing policy and procedures
- Participate in promotion activity
- Communicate in a timely manner with customers who miss a monthly payment
- Build credit discipline among customers and team
- Have team spirit to support the team’s performance
- Respect company discipline, policy and procedure
- Participate in training sessions
- Attend regular team meeting for updating challenges
- Meet key stakeholders such as staff, key dealers, key customers per plan to maintain and improve better relationship
Job requirements
- At least completed High school
- Some understanding on credit operation within Cambodian context
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English knowledge is a value added
- Good sense of problem solving, presentation, customer service and selling skill
- Any experience in microfinance or banking industry is preferable
- Good time management and able to work under pressure.
- High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
