Job responsibilities
- Ensure procurement procedures and authorization procedures are followed.
- Negotiate prices for goods or services to ensure that they are fair market value.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that they deliver goods or services on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses, monthly procurement and administrative report.
- Assist in office policy and procedures manual development.
- Ensure that all office facilities & equipment are functional at all times and be in charge of arranging any repairs, replacements & maintenance.
- Support to send/receive all kind of documents/materials to Branch office and other targets with clear check list, confirmation, and follow up.
- Update and check the fixed asset and non-fixed asset, physical count assets, place asset stickers, and verify assets of Mega Leasing Plc.
- Maintain all kinds of office rental contract, service rental contract, and other contracts.
- Purchase and control all Mega Leasing’s cover insurance (staff motorcycle, company’s vehicle and motorcycle, fire insurance).
- Coordinate and support general administration services and logistic in the meeting/training and other events of Mega Leasing Plc activities to all managers and staff in timely and good manner.
- Do other procurement and administrative task as assigned by supervisor.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/other related fields
- Proven work experience as Procurement Officer or Administrative Officer or similar role
- Good communication skills, either Khmer/English
- Computer literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, e-mail)
- Hard working, punctual, commitment and able to travel to provinces
- Well managed on multi tasks/deadline, able to work under pressure and able to do after working hour
- High ethical commitment and trustworthiness
- Excellence negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn new thing and willing to do as extra miles
